Rules

This is a place to set something down, not to hurt anyone.

• Your secret, not someone else's. No names, and nothing that identifies or exposes a real person.
• No contact details. Links, emails, phone numbers and @handles are blocked.
• No threats, hate or harassment.
• No spam or advertising.
• Up to 500 characters per secret, and up to 10 secrets an hour or 30 a day.

How moderation works

Anyone can report a secret. Reports from a few different networks hide it until a moderator reviews it; several people on the same network count once. Secrets meant to last longer than an hour appear right away, but only keep their full time if they get through their first hour without being reported. Breaking the rules can get you banned.
